Easy Peasy Peanut Butter Cookies
 - 3/4 to 1 cup sugar, depending on how sweet you like your cookie
 - 1 egg
 - 1 cup peanut butter

Heat oven to 350.  Mix sugar and egg well, then add mix in peanut butter.  Using 2 spoons drop spoonfuls on a baking sheet.  Deep a fork in sugar and press on the cookies to flatten. Bake 10 - 12 minutes.  Makes about one dozen.
