Happy New Year!

Here is a 4 rules diet for those of you trying to lose weight this year.
  1- drink only water, coffee without cream or sugar
  2 - no carbs - pasta, potatoes, grains
  3 - no sugars - cookies, soda, candies
  4 - stop eating by 7 pm
Eat all the fruits and veggies you want along with lean protein
