Coldwater Creek’s Outfit a Day Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by Coldwater Creek Inc. (“Sponsor”) and administered by Woobox (“Administrator”).

The Sweepstakes starts Friday, March 14, 2014, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time and ends Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Each day from Saturday, March 15, 2014, to Wednesday, March 19, 2014, a drawing (each a “Drawing”) for a Prize will be conducted and a potential winner will be selected. All entries for each Drawing, regardless of method, must be received by 11:59:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time on the day prior to the Drawing.
