The Prizes:
Winners will be determined by a random draw conducted by Danby Products. 1st Prize (first name pulled): One (1) prize of one (1) Super Chexx having an approximate retail value of $3000.00 USD and 2nd Prize (second named pulled): One (1) prize of one (1) Compact Refrigerator DCR88BSLDD having an approximate retail value of $200.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner(s) is responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set in these Official Rules and fulfilling all Federal, State and/or Provincial laws, rules and regulations, as applicable.
