On Monday night I saw Dr. Oz show as I was channel surfing. They had a segment on fatigue or low energy level. The doctor they had on recommends taking Rhodiola Rosea, it will help you focus and give you more energy. Start with 100 mg a day for 1 to 2 weeks, then increase to 200 mg. She said her patients had the best results around 400 mg a day and had been on it for 3 - 4 months.
I am all for more energy! I wish I had known about this earlier when I was bottle feeding L and waking up every 2 hours to pump breast milk for him. I had little memory about other things that was going on around me due to lack of sleep and tiredness. Nonetheless, that's the past; I need energy these days too now when my little guy is going no stop.
