T'ai Chi Classes

If your New Year's Resolution is to get more active, or reduce stress.   Have you consider T'ai Chi? It is a low impact and minimal stress on muscles and joints.  It is generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.  Arizona T'ai Chi Chuan hold classes twice a week and they also have a FREE practice class every 3rd Saturday of the month, the next practice will be January 18th at 9 am.
